The stretching exercises you suggested look easy and fun. I would definitely share these with my brother the next time he comes over to help shovel the snow off the driveway. For good measure, it would be nice to do some preliminary stretching before the actual shoveling of the snow.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, this reminds me of my cousin who was a quarterback in our school’s football team. He sometimes pushed his parked car and tried to move it for him to improve his upper body strength. Shoveling snow while doing some exercises? Now, that’s hitting two birds with one stone!
